The regular league has come to an end, the playoffs are around the corner and there is no better time than this to choose the player of the regular season sponsored by ‘Tornado’. Anan Halaili from Maccabi Haifa and Felicio Milson from Maccabi Tel Aviv have opened a gap and are in a close fight for the title, Eran Zahavi is far behind them and will try to get closer and Lior Rafalov (Maccabi Haifa), Roy Gordana (Hapoel Beer Sheva) and Elad Madmon (Hapoel Hadera) are also candidates. Anan Halaili
Until this season, he did not get a real opportunity in the seniors of Maccabi Haifa, but since the tournaments of the youth teams in the summer, he has made a huge leap forward. The most significant purchase of Maccabi Tel Aviv last summer. Eran Zehavi
The captain of Maccabi Tel Aviv experienced ups and downs this season, but in the bottom line number 7 in yellow showed that even at the age of 36 he is one of the best players in the league. Zahavi leads his team in scoring goals with 14, as he leads the league along with Franzi Pierro, and in addition he is also the leader of the yellow team’s assists with six.

Lior Refaelov
Many wondered what the icon could contribute at such an advanced age, but he proved that not only does he have something to contribute, but he is one of the biggest stars of the group. Rafalov returned home after 12 years and immediately provided a tremendous output, leading Maccabi Haifa in the league alone with seven goals and six assists. 6th place in Haifa in minutes played, third in goals, first in assists and just to mention – he is 37 years old.

Gordana’s feeling was that if he didn’t deliver a good season, he might already move to play in smaller teams. The midfielder shattered the feeling and recorded a fantastic season. He does things that are not so reflected in the statistics, but any football watcher can only enjoy watching him in the games. 30 successful tackles, eight blocked threats to the goal, two goals and of course a sure candidate for the goal of the season in the league. The breakout season of Hadera’s talent is nothing short of amazing, when we can of course expect him for another year next year at Maccabi Tel Aviv. 11 goals put him in third place in the league behind Franzi Pierro and Eran Zahavi, when he does so of course in a team that is fighting for its life. Eighth place in the league in threats in the area, and if we add one assist to him, then he is responsible for 12 of Hadera’s 21 goals. Amazing.
