Al-Marsad newspaper: Security patrols in the Riyadh region arrested a citizen who appeared in a video clip on social media, pouring a flammable substance around 3 vehicles in front of a house east of Riyadh, setting them on fire and fleeing the site without being damaged.
It became clear from the inference procedures that the reason for his action was a dispute with one of the sons of the owner of the house.
In a statement, the police confirmed that he had been arrested and legal measures had been taken against him.
