Pacheco was admitted to the ICU service of the General Clinic of the North referred from another IPS on January 20, 2023 at 1:55 a.m., with severe polytrauma, with severe head trauma, blunt chest trauma, cervical spine injury and exacerbation of his state of health due to previous chronic conditions of the patient.

“The patient is currently under a reserved prognosis and subject to clinical evolution, which has been widely reported to his relatives,” the clinic said in a statement.
The accident occurred on Thursday around 3 pm, the minstrel was traveling in a private car at the height of the road that connects to Carreto with the municipality of Calamar, when one of the tires would have exploded, and the driver lost control of the car, which ended up on the side of the road.
