Al-Marsad Newspaper: Egyptian journalist Ahmed Moussa said that the run-over attack that took place in Madinaty Compound, which resulted in the death of a doctor and the injury of her husband and children, and which was carried out by an army officer, was just a dispute between neighbors.

And the Egyptian Armed Forces issued a statement, in which it said: “The Military Prosecution is conducting investigations, and assigning the accused the crimes of “intentional and attempted murder.” It was decided to hold him in pretrial detention pending the case, and he is being referred to the Military Criminal Court.
Investigations revealed that an altercation broke out between a vehicle driver and a man and his family over the background of a child scratching the first car with an electric scooter, which ignited his anger, so he took his vehicle and joined the father and his family, and ran over them.
