AMD previously unveiled the ZEN4 core at Computex 2022, but recently, the situation where the ES sample was taken off (short for capping) was caught.

The news was confirmed through the major foreign media TechPowerup, and it was reported that the AMD ZEN4 CPU was in the hands of an overclocker, and some seemed to have done a tuta.

The posted image has the same IHS cover as the ZEN4 CPU released by Computex the other day, and you can check the AMD ZEN4 CCD and IOD. If this is true, it seems that the same soldering method as the existing AMD ZEN processor was applied.

The problem is that there are concerns about the damage to the core of the CPU, and there are traces of the CCD and IOD as shown in the picture.

Meanwhile, AMD ZEN4 CPU announced an IPC performance increase of 15% at Computex 2022 and is expected to be released in the second half of this year.
