Dubai: A warning that the work permit of the organization will be canceled if the employees are not provided adequate accommodation. This was revealed in a new directive issued by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources.
The suspension will continue until necessary accommodation is arranged for the workers. Even if human trafficking is noticed, the permit will be cancelled. The permit will be restored only after they are proven innocent. If convicted, the suspension will continue for two years from the date of judgment against the company.
The permit will be revoked even if the electronic systems allotted to the institution are misused in connection with the Ministry’s systems. The suspension will be for six months from the date of conviction. Officials warned that violating the rules stipulated in the 2020 Cabinet Resolution regarding service fees and fines of the ministry is also an offence.
