The post-Claude Legras era, at the Floris, is already experiencing its second revolution. The somewhat bling-bling Parisian cook, who was responsible for transforming this beautiful establishment into a contemporary gourmet rendezvous, with some success, let’s face it, has suddenly disappeared. Immediately replaced by a local chef.

Philippe Audonnet ran the kitchens of the Hôtel d’Angleterre for a long time before setting up his own business at the Café des Banques, where he expressed himself, culinary speaking, with more freedom, and therefore talent. But the experience was cut short, Covid and lack of staff oblige. He suddenly bounces back to Anières, where, let’s not be afraid to say, he’s having a blast!
