The police and the prosecution intervened this Sunday evening in Izegem, near Roeselare, in West Flanders. Witnesses had noticed that the front door of a house was open and that traces of blood might be seen. They alerted the police.
Soon, the body of a man was found dead. All tracks are open, said the prosecution at Laatste Nieuws.
A lab expert came to the scene.
