Boughali welcomes the economic decisions taken at the last Council of Ministers

ALGIERS- The President of the National People’s Assembly (APN), Brahim Boughali welcomed, on Tuesday, the decisions taken at the last meeting of the Council of Ministers, in particular those related to the economic development of the country.

During a plenary devoted to the vote on two bills relating to the list of legal holidays and retirement, Mr. Boughali, in this regard, welcomed the conclusions sanctioning the last meeting of the Council of Ministers, welcoming the ” decisions relating to the consecration of the steps taken in many fields and sectors, in particular those related to economic take-off to achieve sustainable development”.

He also welcomed “the forward-looking vision adopted in the face of disasters, accidents and emergencies of all types”, affirming that Algeria was acting “following a thoughtful and studied strategy, in addition to a well-defined route.

“This forward-looking vision aims to moralize public life and involve all segments of society for civic behavior capable of contributing to the construction of a new, authentic Algeria, attached to its specificities”, added the President. President of the APN.

Moreover, he did not fail to welcome the decision of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune in the Council of Ministers, on “deepening relations with the Algerian community established abroad, in addition to involving it, through continuous communication, to national efforts”.

Mr. Boughali also referred to Algeria’s election as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, saying that “the vote in favor of Algeria for a 2024-2025 mandate highlights the place occupied by Algeria and translates the confidence that the international community has in its constant positions of support for just causes for a world where justice and noble human values ​​will reign”.

The Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament also welcomed the success of Algerian diplomacy and its “return in force” under the leadership of President Tebboune”.
