Emergency services were called last night, around 12:40 a.m., to intervene in a home located on Kapucijnenvoer in Louvain. On site, the lifeless body of a woman was unfortunately found.
The prosecution went to the scene and concluded that the death was suspicious. This morning, as shown in the images from our colleagues at Laatste Nieuws, many police officers were still present in the street where the tragedy occurred.
