The federation said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that “the Competitions Committee of the Iraqi Football Association decided to change the start date for the second period of player transfers for Premier League and First Division clubs for the current season (2022/2023) starting from Tuesday corresponding to (1/2023). 10) It will continue until 12 o’clock on the night of the sixth of next February.
He added, “The players will be able to transfer between the clubs participating in the Premier League and the First Division during that period following they are duly registered by the Competitions Committee.”
