In this chapter, we will interview dr. Jorge Ricardo Pérez Mejía, Head of the Department of Pediatrics at the Juan María Salvatierra Hospital (La Paz, BCS, Mexico) to explain to us how we can apply to this great program of facial reconstruction and comprehensive treatment of our patients suffering from lip and cleft palate.
