Before starting as a freelancer, Christophe Cave had the same activity but worked for another transport company. From September 1, he will launch his own, “Comfort santé TPMR”, and will help the elderly and/or people with reduced mobility. “I have always liked the contact with people. But when I worked for a big corporation, the people I picked up in my vehicle were just numbers. Me, what I like is sympathizing and getting to know the people I help” explains Christophe. “Furthermore, I no longer wanted to work for a boss, I wanted to start my small family business and work for myself”.
Christophe is currently preparing everything for his vehicle to be adapted. “I’m going to take it to Wavre to fit it with a ramp for wheelchairs. When I am active, I will also provide a chair and a free oxygen machine if needed”. Le Hutois will make trips for the elderly and/or with reduced mobility, even if it can possibly accommodate valid people. He will make various journeys, to go to the hospital, to the hairdresser, to the airport…
Christophe will favor people living in the region. “Patients pay from my house to their house, then pay again for the trip to their meeting point. I therefore prefer to stay in the region so that the amount of the patient bill remains reasonable”.
