Confirm activities of the First Conference on Mental Health and Well-being of the UNAF

This Friday, September 30, starting at 8:30 a.m., the First Conference on Mental Health and Well-being, called “Like your Mental Health”, will take place in the Rectors’ Hall of the National University of Formosa (UNaF).

The event is organized by the General Secretariat for Student Affairs and University Extension, and the Undersecretary for Human Rights, Gender and Disability of the university. As confirmed, there will be the participation of representatives of the Libella Foundation, who will carry out a professional approach to the subject.

In addition, the organizers reported the schedule of activities for the Conference:

8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Accreditation.

9:00 a.m. Opening by Lic. Yessica Müller and Lic. Daniel Arce.

9:20 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: Emotional color blindness and the Pillars of Well-being: the power of emotions and our role in building well-being. Led by Lic. Martín Meyer, Lic. Yessica Müller and Est. Nicolás García.

10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: RegulARTE: Workshop for emotional regulation. Led by Lic. Noelia Massimino, Prof. Florencia Kesner and Est. Johana León.

10:40 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. Let’s talk about depression. Let’s talk about suicide. The role of young people as promoters of life. Led by Lic. Lucas Aguilera, Lic. Daniel Arce, Lic. Cesar Chiacchio and Est. Magalí Sanabria.

11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EMOTIONAL FOOD: the impact of food on our mental health by Lic. Mariana Alonso.

2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. LOVE IS BUILT: Keys to developing healthy couple relationships by Lic. Celeste Palacios and Est. Agustina Palacios.

2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. WHO I AM? The importance of self-concept and self-esteem in the construction of identity. In charge of Lic. Lara Fink, Lic. Ángeles Sugasti and Est. Ludmila Santillán.

3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. ASERTIVITY: Keys to assertive communication. In charge of Lic. Aglieri Milagros, Lic. Mariana Giménez and Est. Juan Pablo Fretes.

3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friends or enemies? From healthy anxiety to panic attacks. Tools for managing stress and anxiety. In charge of Lic. Florencia Nievas and Lic. Alejo Schaab.

4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Anxiety management workshop before final exams. In charge of Psp. Romina Vaghi and Psp. Jessica Cuellar.
