As part of his working meeting in Slovenia, Minister of the Interior Gerhard Karner visited the individual and team competition in ski jumping, where ÖSV ace Stefan Kraft triumphed with the team
Vienna (OTS) – “I congratulate Stefan Kraft, Daniel Tschofenig, Jan Hörl and Michael Hayböck on this sensational double success,” said Minister of the Interior Gerhard Karner after Kraft’s individual victory in today’s ski flying in Planica (Slovenia) and the subsequent victory in the team competition.
Kraft prevailed at the season finale with a jump of 239.5 meters ahead of Slovenia’s Anze Lanisek (236 meters) and Poland’s Piotr Zyla (234 meters). In the team competition that followed, the man from Salzburg was able to celebrate again: The ÖSV eagles Stefan Kraft, Daniel Tschofenig, Jan Hörl and Michael Hayböck outperformed the previously leading local heroes from Slovenia in the final and sailed to first place.
Interior Minister Karner visited today’s ski flying in Planica as part of a working meeting with his Slovenian counterpart Boštjan Pokluka.
