The President of the Transition, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguéma, is chairing a meeting of the Council of Ministers this Wednesday, announces a press release from the Gabonese presidency.
This is the first meeting of the Council of Ministers since the publication of the decree relating to the convening of the future inclusive national dialogue scheduled for April 2 to 30.
The conditions of participation and the organization of this meeting, the aim of which is to reform the country’s institutions for post-transition Gabon, are causing a lot of debate in the country. Some deplore the restrictions imposed on participation. The others demand the postponement of the meeting to better prepare it.
