This Wednesday ended the preliminary hearing before the Fifth Court of Control of the Judicial District of Lara state, where it was agreed to admit “partially” the accusation against several of those involved in this famous case.
The Judge’s decision against the accused partners of the Urbanism construction company, are for the crimes of “CONTINUED AGGRAVATED SCAM IN REAL CRIME COMPETITION”provided for in the Penal Code and the Organic Law Against Crime and Financing of Terrorism.
Those accused by the Public Prosecutor’s Office before the control court are Luis Miguel Callejas Velazco y Ziley Coromoto Pino Jaimeswho are related to the Hispania Groupbuilder and promoter of the residential complex Main Square and the Convention Center located on Bracamonte Avenue in Barquisimeto, where hundreds of families waiting for justice were scammed.
After many delays, deferrals and justifications to postpone the hearings and investigations before the courts of the region, it was finally possible to resume the case of this serious real estate scam where several people who belong to the business sector of the state of Lara are indicated.
For this notorious case, the extradition of the president of the Hispania Group was requested before the Supreme Court of Justice, Juan Andres Blavia Gomezwho currently resides in Spain, and as this request remains active with a presentation by Judge Elsa Gómez Moreno, only confirmation from the Spanish government is awaited to proceed with the extradition.

According to sources linked to the courts, investigations by the Public Prosecutor’s Office continue against other people linked to this serious incident, including Juan Carlos Furiati, who is part of the board of directors of one of the many companies related to this famous case.
