ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A man has been arrested and charged in a deadly shooting at an Atlanta apartment complex, according to Atlanta police.
Police said a man was shot and killed at the Constitution Hill Apartments on Constitution Road around 5 p.m. on Dec. 28, 2023.

Atlanta police announced Wednesday that Anthony Hightower, 47, had been arrested in connection with the death. Hightower has reportedly been charged with murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Police have not released the victim’s name or age.
