DER ALIMENTARIUS 2023: Prize winner reports on mycotoxins

DER ALIMENTARIUS, the science prize from the specialist magazine DIE ERÄHRUNG, was awarded this year to four young researchers. The contribution by Mag. med. vet. Dr. med. vet. Felipe Penagos-Tabares on mycotoxins marks the beginning of further publications of excellent work.
