Prodinger Tourismusberatung presents innovative accommodation trends
Vienna (OTS) – As part of a LEADER project, Prodinger Tourismusberatung organized a study trip for the LEADER region Römerland – Carnuntum on the topic “Alternative accommodation trends”. The focus of the trip was the exchange of experiences with operators of quality businesses with innovative accommodation concepts.
Diverse possibilities for unforgettable experiences
The study trip “Alternative accommodation trends and quality companies” for the LEADER region Römerland – Carnuntum provided the participants with a wide range of alternative implementation options, including examples such as tiny houses, modular sleeping solutions, lofts and sleeping barrels. In Lower Austria and Styria, among other things, the Caravan in Gutensteindie Garden lofts at Gut Guntramdie Tiny Houses des Wiesenquartiersdie Sleeping barrels at Gut Thallern and the innovative accommodation concept of the Winzerhofes Küssler.
The participants of the study trip were enthusiastic about the many possibilities to offer their guests an unforgettable experience through alternative accommodation concepts. A special highlight the trip was the caravan, which is made from regional materials such as sheep’s wool for insulation and impresses with its self-sufficient power supply and hot water generation using a photovoltaic system. Managing Director Theresa Mai informed about the production and conception of the mobile home. “We have already been able to implement several successful tourism projects with our caravans. The guests appreciate not only the high-quality equipment, but also the experience and the connection to nature. Self-sufficiency becomes tangible and noticeable.
