Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Ministry of Sports revealed the draft sports system, which aims to organize the sports sector, people and entities related to the sector, and the governance of their activities, and put it on a survey platform.
The system consists of 99 articles, including articles related to crimes and penalties, which are as follows:
1. Anyone who:
a. Any person from the audience attending a sports competition or sporting event who commits an act of violence, riot or disorder during the sporting competition or sporting event.
B. Anyone who commits an act that threatens the safety of any of the spectators, players, coaches, referees, or others present at a sports competition or sporting event.
c. Anyone who intentionally causes any damage to a sports facility affiliated with the Ministry or any government agency.
Dr. Anyone who uses a name that misleads others that he is a sports entity before obtaining a license from the Ministry.
2. Each person who:
a. Anyone who commits – publicly and through whatever means – an act or statement that incites hatred, racial discrimination or sports fanaticism, in relation to the sports sector.
B. Anyone from the public present in a sports competition or sporting event who commits an act or statement that is disgraceful or contrary to public morals.
c. Anyone from the audience attending a sports competition or sporting event performs an illegal act that leads to its disruption.
Dr. Whoever prevents or obstructs the Ministry’s inspectors from performing their inspection-related duties, or gives them false or misleading information or data.
