According to “China News Weekly”, Cao Nan’s sister cried that when her father set up a car wash stall on the side of the road on the 7th, he was threatened by a nearby car wash stall owner nicknamed “Dahezi”. Cao Nanmei revealed that when he arrived at the hospital, his brother was conscious and able to speak, but his body was charred in a large area. Later, his father saw a rope on his brother’s wrist, which was covered with skin tissue and burned clothes, which was difficult to cut. Witnesses said that there were many people around the scene, and they could only see the lower part of the injured person’s body, his legs were moving, and he was still alive at that time. As can be seen from the disclosed photos, Cao Nan fell to the ground, and his lower body was covered in fire.
In response to this matter, the Daoli Branch of the Harbin Public Security Bureau pointed out that after investigation and multiple witnesses at the scene confirmed that at 1:40 pm that day, Cao Nan brought gasoline and a lighter to Zhang Nan due to conflicts in the car washing business, and splashed gasoline on the After the body and the surrounding area, she hugged Lu Nv, who had stepped forward to persuade her, and then lit the lighter in her hand, causing 2 burns. Cao Nan died after rescue, and the incident is under further investigation.
