Lokomotiv Moscow players scored a major victory over Khimki in the 25th round of the Russian Premier League (RPL).
The match at the railwaymen’s stadium ended with the score 5:1. The winners have a double on the account of Artem Dziuba (52nd and 71st minutes), Anton Miranchuk (27, from the penalty spot), Ivan Ignatiev (73) and Wilson Isidor (76) scored a goal each.
Khimki has a goal by Alexander Rudenko (60).
Vice-champion of the RPL interrupted the losing streak with a victory over Torpedo
Lokomotiv is 10th with 32 points, Khimki is 15th with 17 points.
In the 26th round, Khimki will host Dynamo on May 6, and Lokomotiv will play at home against Sochi on May 8.
