The E411 partially reopened in Verlaine

A serious accident occurred on the E411 near Verlaine between the Verlaine-Neufchâteau exit ramp and the access ramp yesterday morning. A car caught fire and one death is unfortunately to be deplored.

The motorway was closed at Verlaine towards Namur, it was no longer possible to get on the motorway or exit at Verlaine and users are obliged to take the E25. In view of the seriousness of the accident, the prosecution went to the scene of the accident. The situation lasted part of the night.

A new accident occurred in the second half of the night when the highway was regarding to be reopened. A car hit a buffer truck. At 6:40 a.m., the left and central lanes are neutralized towards Namur.
