Eduardo Fuentes has been greeting the public at Quinta Vergara in sign language. On each day, the host gave a new message to the public and viewers, such as “thank you” or “we need more love.”
So, in conversation with Hello, everyone, the television host explained the reason behind this: “It was somewhat fortuitous. When I started to give the weather report, I ended up saying thank you (in signs), and the gesture always stayed with me, ”he began.
“When we were preparing, I checked what the previous jurors did when they greeted, some blew kisses, others showed signs with messages and so on. So, I remembered the sign and said ‘I’m going to say thank you’, but the next day I had to make another gesture and I started looking for information, ”she commented.
Within that search, Fuentes went yesterday to “an activity of the jury of the maritime sanatorium in a hospital, I met the girl from the Municipality who does the translation into sign language.”
“I went up to him and told him what he was doing and asked him for a couple of sentences. So she explained to me how to say ‘we need more love’, I recorded it and that’s what I said last night, ”she declared.
