Who knows which of the two categories named by the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche the four candidates for the next European elections presented yesterday by the Green and Left Alliance will belong to. Mimmo Lucano, Ignazio Marino, Massimiliano Smeriglio and Leoluca Orlando have a past closely linked to the Democratic Party. Political experiences, worldviews, endless controversies: the story of the four “outcasts” of the Nazarene is full of ideas, but also of enormous concerns for Elly Schlein. Especially in view of the votes that the four could take away from the Dems in the June session.

Mimmo Lucano, shining icon of immigration madness, confessed last February to having received an offer. To be alternatives to the sovereignist right, Schlein and Conte must not get caught up in competitions.” Nicola Fratoianni and Angelo Bonelli, in addition to the four musketeers, have also decided to nominate Souzan Fatayer, a teacher of Palestinian origin. “The Netanyahu government must respect international law and stop the illegal occupation of Palestinian territory,” he said.
