Mumbai: Hat-trick in the first over. He took six wickets in his first three overs. Jaidev Unadkat has been brilliant after reaching the Ranji Trophy from the Indian team. The Saurashtra captain’s bowling came by breaking Delhi’s top line.
Delhi won the toss and elected to bat. But with Unadkat storming, Delhi fell to 0-3 in the first over.
As Unadkat struck Delhi in his second over as well
Collapsed to 5-6. By the time Unadkat took six wickets, Delhi’s score was 10-7.
Delhi’s first four batters were ducks. All the first seven batters failed to cross double figures. Finally, Hrithik Shokin’s resistance brings Delhi score under 100.

Unadkat completed his hat-trick by dismissing Dhruv Shorey, Vaibhav Rawal and captain Yash Dul. Unadkat became the first bowler to take a hat-trick in the first over of the Ranji Trophy. After a gap of 12 years after making his debut, Unadkat made it to the Indian Test team. Unadkat returned after taking three wickets in the Test against Bangladesh.
