Apparently the victim was sick and she did not pretend to care for him. After killing him she sold items that were in the house.
As AP Jiménez Maite, 20 years old, the woman who allegedly took the life of AR Quijada Mata, 49, who was her partner, was identified. She happened in Monagas state.
According to what was published by Douglas Rico, director of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminalistics Investigations Corps (Cicpc), the woman, who is known as “La Mini”, would have hit him on the head, while Quijada Mata was sleeping in his house.
The blow took his life immediately. The reason would be because she did not want to continue the relationship, because he was sick.
After murdering him, he took some belongings from the house to sell them, an action he carried out in the days following the death of his partner.
Jiménez was detained in the La Cruz sector, Maturín municipality, Monagas state. There the authorities managed to recover a Redmi cell phone, a stainless steel chain, a towel, two sheets, three pairs of shoes and four pieces of clothing (all owned by the victim).
A wooden stick (which was used to carry out the crime) was also located. The case was placed under the order of the 25th Prosecutor of the Public Ministry.
