The Ministry of Health and Population confirmed that the type of seasonal influenza vaccine available in Vaxera is the quadrivalent vaccine, and the price of the dose is 190 pounds. The Ministry of Health and Population said: “The seasonal influenza vaccine is given from the age of 6 months, and for those who are the first time to receive the vaccine, and their age is between 6 months to 9 years, with two doses, one month apart, and for those aged 9 years and over, one dose.”
The Ministry of Health added for all ages the dose is fixed, which is 1/2 ml (the full dose), regardless of the age or number of doses, and there is no division of the dose.
The Ministry of Health has confirmed that the influenza vaccine can reduce the risk of any person being exposed to influenza and its complications, and following precautions helps protect against influenza and other respiratory diseases.
