Al-Marsad newspaper: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development revealed that the profession of human resources (HR) is one of the professions in which it is prohibited to employ non-nationals.
This came in response to a citizen’s inquiry about the conditions necessary to work in the human resources profession, on the ministry’s account on its Twitter page.
The executive regulations of the labor system and its appendices specify a set of jobs in which it is prohibited to employ non-nationals; The list included the following professions: senior human resources administrator, personnel manager, labor and labor affairs manager, personnel relations manager, personnel specialist, personnel clerk, employment clerk, personnel clerk, shift clerk, general receptionist, hotel receptionist, clerk Patient receptionist, complaint clerk, cashier, private security guard, punter, duplicator or key repairer, customs broker.
