According to some witnesses present at the scene, at that time, the Hanoi BKS truck carrying scrap goods circulated in the direction of Hanoi to Son Tay town. When going to Ngoc Tao commune, because he did not control the speed, he crashed directly into the woman selling apples crossing the street. At this time, the husband who was selling apples on the opposite side was shocked and in pain when he saw his wife lying unconscious.

Immediately after the accident, Team 9 of the Traffic Police Division of the Hanoi City Police Department in coordination with the Phuc Tho District Police quickly arrived to protect the scene, divide the traffic flow, and warn the means of traffic. other traffic to avoid causing congestion when traveling through the scene area.
The driver and the car that caused the accident were also taken to the police headquarters of Phuc Tho district to serve the investigation.
