“I will spend 2 hours a year”… Hyundai Motor Co., Diversification of Work Types

This work smart platform construction project is part of the ‘Working Way Improvement 3.0 Project’. The introduction of a new work management system and diversification of work types are the main points.

The new work management platform, ‘The difference in my work’, applied the Hyundai Motor Securities brand slogan, ‘The difference in tomorrow’. In addition to improving procedures such as existing overtime work and vacation applications, new work forms such as the half-and-half system and NEW telecommuting have been newly established to make it easier to apply.

The half-and-half system is a system that allows employees to choose between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. NEW Telecommuting is a system that allows telecommuting if it is possible to process work from home depending on the nature of the work, in addition to the purpose of preventing infectious diseases.

Prior to this, Hyundai Motor Securities launched the ‘Working Way Improvement 1.0 Project’ to introduce mobile groupware and in-house messenger ‘H-Talk’, followed by ‘Meeting Collaboration Tool’ to build a paperless working environment, and the launch of emoticons to activate in-house messengers. Improvement 2.0 Project’ has been carried out.

Hyundai Motor Securities was selected as a ‘family-friendly certified company’ by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family for three consecutive times in December last year. Hyundai Motor Securities is the only securities company to be selected three times in a row.
