IGN Fan Fest 2023: THE RECAP of the Xbox announcements of this first evening | Xbox One

After Xbox and Nintendo, it’s IGN’s turn to present an event to get the year off to a good start. Indeed, today was held the first evening of the IGN Fan Fest, the opportunity to learn more about expected titles and to put the spotlight on smaller productions. IGN Fan Fest 2023 Night 1 – Xbox Announcements Summary!

  • Star Wars Jedi: Survivor: having to push back its release date was certainly heartbreaking for Respawn Entertainment. The developer therefore wanted to satisfy the expectations of the fans. Indeed, a new gameplay demo shows Cal using the Force to move a sphere and create bridges, in order to explore a Jedi Meditation Chamber. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be available on April 28, 2023 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC.
  • The Expanse: a past master in the art of adapting large TV productions into video games, Telltale Games took advantage of the IGN Fan Fest 2023 to broadcast a new trailer for The Expanse. The hit series from Syfy/Amazon, which will be here a third-person narrative action/adventure game, offered us some new images allowing us to enjoy the gameplay and learn more about its scenario.   • Friends vs Friends: another game, another style, Friends vs Friends is also back with a colorful and dynamic trailer. This online PvP shooter combining combat and deck-building is planned for consoles and PC, but does not yet have a release date.

  • Street Fighter 6: It also arouses great impatience among fans of the fighting game who were able to discover WWE Superstar Zelina Vega who will be the official commentator for this new opus. As a reminder, Street Fighter 6 will be available from June 2, 2023 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PS4 and PC.
