Integrity reveals: The governor of Diwaniyah signed contracts worth more than 17 billion after withdrawing his hand

While the team’s investigations and collection of information and evidence, according to the statement, led to the fact that “the conclusion of tender contracts took place without the members of the central committees signing the minutes of review, approval and referral, and contrary to the terms of the instructions for the implementation of government contracts Article (Fifth) at a time when the amounts of those contracts amounted to more than (16) billion dinars.

It is noteworthy that the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, issued an order to withdraw the hand of the Governor of Diwaniyah (Zuhair Ali Al-Shaalan), yesterday, Tuesday. There are investigation files against him on suspicions of administrative and financial corruption, which are being considered by the competent courts.
