Al-Marsad newspaper: The General Directorate of Traffic responded to the question, “Can car ownership be transferred without conducting an examination?”
The Traffic Department clarified that the transfer of ownership of the car without an examination requires the validity of the driving license, and the periodic inspection of it.
This comes in response to an inquiry from a person regarding the conditions for transferring ownership of the vehicle without examination.
