Al-Marsad newspaper: The General Directorate of Passports revealed that the family record document is proof of dependents inside the Kingdom only, meaning that it does not enable its holder to travel to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

And she explained, through her account on “Twitter”, that the presence of violations or the suspension of services on the record of the head of the family does not hinder the issuance or renewal of a passport for one of the dependents.

She added that the instructions do not allow adding dependents to the main passport holder, while a separate passport must be issued to each person.
