A man in Italy was confirmed to have contracted COVID-19, monkeypox and AIDS at the same time.
On the 25th (local time), foreign media such as the British BBC, citing the Journal of Infection, an Italian male (36) tested for Corona 19, monkey pox, and HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus, AIDS) after traveling to Spain reported that they all tested positive.
Mr. A went on a five-day trip to Madrid, Spain, in June, and is known to have had sex with several people there.
After returning from a trip, he complained of fever, sore throat, and headache, and was tested positive for COVID-19 on July 2. And a few hours later, a rash began to form all over his body, starting with his left arm. As the blisters continued to spread and turned purulent, Mr. A was additionally tested for monkey pox infection. In the course of undergoing several close-ups, he found out that he also had HIV, the causative agent of AIDS.

Person A also suspected the possibility of sexual transmission because there were skin lesions around the anus.
On the other hand, Mr. A completed the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine in December of last year, and was already infected with Corona 19 in January, so this is said to be a re-infection. He contracted syphilis in 2019 and tested negative for HIV in September 2021. Currently, his skin lesions are close to being cured except for a few scars.
