JIHATECH, at the service of digital development in the regions of Morocco

With a view to meeting human resource needs in the digital field, the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) and the Association of Information Technology, Telecommunications and offshoring (APEBI) join forces and strengthen the partnership through a new initiative called: JIHATECH.

Thus, the two companies initiated the signing ceremony of a partnership agreement to support the digital sector, through the organization of regional tours underpinned by the vision of meeting human resource needs, implementation of JOB DATING in the targeted territories, the organization of awareness-raising workshops, professional orientation and round tables held by professionals from the IT sector.

Thinkthank DigitALL212 activities will also take place with the creation of a map of organisations, sectors and graduates/job seekers.

Fruit of the collaboration between ANAPEC and APEBI, the initiative [JIHATECHجهتك] relies on the expertise and mobilization of the regional and national ecosystem in order to strengthen the links between the offer of vocational and university training and the skills needs of employers.

An appropriate springboard for the development of digital in the regions with a view to increasing their attractiveness, this initiative also supports the promotion of technologies and digital transformation in the regions, by encouraging the capture of investment opportunities and professional outlets.
