More than 24 hours after his disappearance, Jimmi’s mother and stepfather were extremely worried. The young boy had been seen for the last time Monday at Tournai station, in the afternoon, when he was to return to his boarding school in Mouscron. He had never been there, so the boarding school had called the parents around 7 p.m. Worried, they looked for him constantly on Tuesday. But when evening came, Jimmi still hadn’t come home.
The couple did not give up, and they did well! This Wednesday morning, Frédéric Rinchard, his father-in-law, went to Leuze-en-Hainaut after a lady contacted him. “A lady saw him at 10 p.m. this Tuesday in Leuze-en-Hainaut. She had spoken to him and recognized him. I took the initiative this morning to go there. I did well ! More than two hours later, I found him, he was getting off a train,” explains Frédéric Rinchard.
