In his first statements after the officialization of his candidacy for governor, Luis Juez assured that Rodrigo de Loredo, who declined his candidacy, will be a “central part” of the electoral campaign of Together for Change.
The senator and leader of the Civic Front avoided confirming what place De Loredo will occupy after renouncing to lead the provincial formula. “Rodrigo will be a central actor. We will see what place he will have, but he will be relevant and will respond to what he does best for Together for Change, ”Judge told The voice.
“This candidacy is not a personal achievement of Luis Juez, it is a collective construction, which required very solid ties. Here there was political maturity. It was a process that was not easy and that did not end. This is a process that was nurtured by new partners”, valued Judge of the society that entered into not only with radicalism, but with the PRO, the Civic Coalition and the rest of the parties that make up the opposition alliance. “This is an opportunity for Córdoba. We are working with a large team of people ”, he deepened.
On the definition of the formula, Judge recognized that the path for this candidacy “was not easy.” And he assured that the key to achieving his goal was in his attitude.
“I am persevering, I do not give up. I have many defects, but one virtue: I do not give up, ”he commented to this medium while he received greetings and congratulations that came to him through his cell phone.
The message for De Loredo
“What Rodrigo said seemed genuine and authentic to me. We had the tremendous virtue of not ending up falling into unnecessary confrontation. We have gained confidence. We complement each other with Rodrigo. To win and govern this province we need societies and we build one”, said Judge.
Regarding the role that the radical deputy will have in the electoral campaign, the head of the Civic Front was blunt: “We are going to campaign together with Rodrigo. That is what we have agreed. There is no way that Rodrigo is not part of it. Moreover, it is very likely that he has more prominence than me. They will see him more than me. Rodrigo is going to make the decisions in the campaign. This will not be the Judge campaign, it will be the Together for Change campaign. We are going to do what is best for Together for Change”.
Criticism of Schiaretti for the date
The Juntos por el Cambio candidate also referred to the other news of the day: the confirmation of the date of the provincial elections for June 25, set by Governor Schiaretti. In this context, the Judge questioned the president for “speculating” and taking advantage of the electoral rules of the game.
“Governor Schiaretti played unnecessarily with the date of the election. They take advantage of electoral rules. At last, we now know when we vote. This allows us to work with a firm guideline with our technical teams”, he stated.
