Ministry of HRD has decided to issue professional verification certificates across 81 professions. Licenses must be issued and renewed through the Baladi platform.
In issuing licenses, the educational qualifications, experience and ability of skilled workers to perform their work will be checked. The ministry said workers should be issued licenses through the platform as soon as possible to avoid delays in the renewal or issuance of commercial licenses.
The new initiative is in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development’s Professional Verification Program to support the commercial sector and investors while raising the standard of living in the country.
