A 27-year-old man was deprived of liberty for allegedly sexually abusing his 12-year-old stepdaughter. It happened in the Falcón state.
It was learned that after his arrest, the Public Ministry was in charge of requesting the subject’s deprivation of liberty.
The fact was announced on January 19, after the couple of the man and mother of the victim, went to the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc) to file the complaint.

As soon as the man realized that the girl’s mother was watching him, he moved away from the little girl. Later he refused to answer questions and took an evasive attitude, but then the teenager confessed that they had sexual relations, reported Lara Press.
After receiving the complaint, the authorities authorized forensic medical examinations, which confirmed the abuse.
A Cicpc commission went to the couple’s home, where he was arrested. Subsequently, he was placed under the order of the Public Ministry, the body that was in charge of the criminal process.
