How to Block Comments with Certain Words on Instagram on iPhone
Open Instagram and tap your photo (bottom right corner). Then, go to the button represented by three dots (in the upper right corner) and “Settings”.
Select Privacy » Hidden words » Manage custom words and phrases. In the text field, add the words, phrases or emojis you want and tap “Add” on each one.
Also remember to activate “Hide Comments” and “Hide Contact Requests” on the previous screen.

Open the Instagram website, click on “More” (in the lower left corner) and then on “Settings”.
Then, select the “Privacy and security” section and, in the “Comments” area, click on “Edit comments settings”. In the “Comment filtering” field, add the desired keywords.
When finished, click “Submit”.
