In the facilities of the Immediate Reaction Unit, URI, of the Barranquilla Prosecutor’s Office it was delivered this Wednesday the man accused of ending the life of Alfonso Ruiz Rivera, after a fight that took place the morning of the previous Sunday in the municipality of Suan, south of the Atlantic.
This is Luis Alberto Barrios Quintero, 25, who had a capture order by the 13th Local Prosecutor for Early Warnings and Homicides of Sabanalarga, for the crime of homicide.
The young man is pointed out by the community as the person who on February 27 at dawn, in the San Gabriel neighborhood, held a discussion with Ruiz Rivera and later took his life with knives.
It transpired at the time that the confrontation between the two men arose from some claims for a Fight between their children.
This outlet learned that after his prosecution, Barrios Quintero will be presented for preliminary hearings before a judge of guarantee control.
