After having chosen to set up in the free zone of Tanger Automotive City, in January 2020, Martur Fompack will inaugurate, on Tuesday 1is May 2022, the extension of its factory which covers a covered area of 20,509 square meters.
Said project, whose production capacity amounts to 400,000 sets of vehicle interiors per year, requires a budget of 17.5 million euros.
This automotive supplier, which will create 724 jobs, manufactures seats and components for the automotive industry, namely headrests, armrests, visors, seat structures, etc., in particular for the Renault Tangier and of Somaca.
It should be remembered that Martur Fompack International, founded in 1986 and employing 6,000 people in 25 locations around the world, is one of the world’s leading suppliers of automotive seat production.
