After Kookaï a few days ago, a new brand in difficulty should experience a change of hands following a failure. In receivership since September, Minelli will be set on its future on January 8, 2024. This is the date on which the Marseille commercial court will deliver its deliberations, faced with the three offers examined during a hearing on December 8 (against ten offers previously identified). Two files concern a plan to sell Minelli, while the third only targets the stock of the chain belonging to Stéphane Collaert and Laurent Portella, FashionNetwork.com has learned.
