The federal government, by very temporarily reducing the VAT on electricity, has activated one of the means at its disposal. What can the Walloon Region do on its side? The government requested a study from the Cwape (the Walloon energy regulator), which itself consulted the DSOs (distribution network managers). There are five DSOs, the main ones being Ores and Resa.
