[ロンドン 30日 ロイター] – Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said in a phone call with President Putin before Russia launched its invasion of Ukraine, he was threatened with “I don’t want to hurt you, but the missiles will take a minute.”
Johnson told the BBC documentary that when Putin asked him about the prospects of Ukraine joining NATO, he replied “not for the time being”.
In response, Putin revealed that he had made remarks threatening a missile attack. The call was said to have taken place after Mr Johnson visited Kyiv last February.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Mr Johnson’s remarks were not true, but “more precisely, a lie”.
