Azerbaijan outraged by behavior of Inter midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
The ex-player of the Armenian national team participated in the story on the club’s televisionInterwhere the players talked about themselves. During it, Mkhitaryan showed an image with the outlines of a map of Armenia – it also depicted Nagorno-Karabakh.
Association Football Federation of Azerbaijan (AFFA) intends to complain to UEFA and the Italian Football Federation. The Azerbaijani club “Karabakh” also expressed dissatisfaction with Mkhitaryan’s actions.

Nagorno-Karabakh is a self-proclaimed republic located between Azerbaijan and Armenia. The international community recognizes this region as part of Azerbaijan, although the majority of Armenians live there.
