Dozens of migrants are believed to have died in a shipwreck off the coast of Libya on February 15, the United Nations said, and only seven survivors have been rescued so far, the United Nations said.

Meanwhile, in Panama, President Laurentino Cortizo said at least 15 migrants headed for the United States were killed on the morning of February 15 when their bus collided with a minibus on a highway in Gualaca district. in Chiriqui province.
